COLOUR CALIBRATION WIZARD

XLimage^® guarantees accurate chromatic fidelity to original when visitors view site images through the Internet, reaching this important result through server-level colour management.

While XLimage^® default settings allow a good colour mapping on most monitors, in those cases when an exact colour match is required, we suggest performing a color profiling of your display in order to supply XLimage^® with the information required to show color-tailored images.

This operation is needed only once and will require only a very short time.

The following HTML pages will display step-by-step instructions and you will be required to give the system some basic hints on how the images are seen on your monitor. From these hints the monitor calibration profile will be deduced, and a cookie describing these settings will be sent back to your browser.

From this point on, the browser will attach this cookie to every XLimage^® image request, telling the server what specific calibration your monitor is expecting.

No software download is needed, nor will this procedure alter your computer's settings in any way. It is possible to exit anytime from the calibration wizard by closing the browser, and the calibration may be repeated as wished. Should you require to completely clear your monitor's calibration settings sent to XLimage^® server, simply delete the cookie from your browser.
