- Read the documentation and other printed materials included in the product package.
- Read the manual, available online.
- Read the TXT file in the product's CD-ROMs. These files may contain updated information not available at the time of printing of the user manual
- Read the technical FAQs.
It is also possible to ask a technical support sending an e-mail to info@xlimage.eu or contacting by phone Centrica: +39 055 24 66 802.
In this case, before calling, please make sure you have the documentation of the product and be near to the computer.
It would be necessary to supply the following information:
- The number's version of XLimage® and the number of series.
- The Operating System installed on the computer.
- The messages which appear on the screen.
- A description of the task in progress when the problem happened.
- The way you tried to solve the problem.
